Bleached Elk Hair
Peacock Herl
Red Thread
Z-Lon Post
Brown Hackle
Medium Brown Rubber Legs
- Wrap your thread down to the bend of the hook.
- Stack and tie in a bunch of Elk Hair using the pinch method. (be careful not to over tighten your first few wraps, if you over tighten the hair will flare out).
- Tie in a piece of Peacock Herl.
- Bring you thread forward a quarter of the shank.

- Wrap the peacock up to your tread and tie off.
- Wrap the thread close with close wraps back and forth along the mid section until you build up to were you want it.
- Tie in another bunch of Elk Hair for the wings (again be careful not to over tighten the first few wraps).
- Tie in a piece of Peacock herl with the section you are going to wrap pointed back.

looks lik a fun tie! deffenitly trying that one out. looks like a royal wulf,stimulater, and a hopper thrown in one. pretty cool
